Kid City
Kid City is a half-day summer camp for Georgetown youth in grades Kindergarten through 5th. A collaborate effort from the Georgetown Recreation Department, The Georgetown Project, and the G.I.S.D. summer food program Kid City is offered to those that qualify for the free / reduced school lunch program. Camp is offered for 4 weeks during the summer and is held Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (noon).
Program activities include arts and crafts, nutritional and recreational activities, swimming, special presentations, and field trips. For more information, please contact Georgetown Parks and Recreation at (512) 930-3595 or (512) 930-3596.
You may register at the following locations:
- Georgetown Recreation Center – 1003 North Austin Ave.
- Georgetown Parks and Recreation Administration – 1101 North College St.
A completed registration form and payment is required at time of registration.

WHO CAN COME:
Available for children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade and qualify for GISD Free or Reduced Food Program.

Registration Fees:
- $ 10 per child per week
- $ 5 sibling discount available
